The Austin Humane Society is a non-profit 501 C3 and does not receive any city or state funding. We rely on community donations to provide care for the thousands of homeless animals we receive each year. All donations both in-kind and monetary are truly appreciated and, per IRS regulations, are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

To protect our donors’ confidential information, the Austin Humane Society will not sell or trade a donor’s personal information to any other entity in existence without the expressed, written consent of the donor.
