Feline Free Fur All Event

Austin Humane Society is overflowing with tiny, purring, tumbling, absolutely adorable kittens! In fact, we have over 150 kittens and cats currently available for adoption!

Area shelters are being over run with kittens and AHS has stepped in to take some of the pressure off of smaller shelters and Town Lake Animal Center by accepting over seventy additional kittens! We received forty kittens from Town Lake Animal Center and Williamson County Regional Shelter this morning, and will receive an additional thirty to forty kittens tomorrow from Bulverde Area Humane Society and Woodville Humane Society.

Now we need your help to find loving forever homes for these cute kitties! On Sat. July 31st we are holding our first-ever free adoption event -- Feline Free Fur All!  On Sat. July 31st only all cat and kitten adoption fees will be waved. 

We have cats and kittens of all ages, all colors, all sizes, and all personality types! Whether you are looking for an older cat to curl up in you lap while you watch television, or a bundle of energy that is going to want to chase everything that wiggles, you will find your purrfect match at AHS this weekend!
